All our products have a money-back guarantee. It is important that you contact us at email@example.com in case you have any problem with the shipment or delivery of the product.
Our return and refund policy last for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. We must be in communication to provide the best service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Advance classes less than 24 hours in advance.

To complete your return, we need your order number. The payment ID sent by mail is proof in case you have made a direct transfer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at email@example.com. and mail your article to 6160 Rumrill St. Unit 235, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift shipped the order itself to be delivered to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift and you’ll hear about it being returned.
Shipping & Returns
To return your product, you must mail it to 6160 Rumrill St. Unit 235, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113.
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
